Space has formally announced that it will be airing Planet of the Dead on July 25 and Torchwood: Children of Earth in July. The other specials will follow in late 2009 and early 2010, along with Space getting the rights to show the first four seasons of the new series of Doctor Who in Canada.

There is a regular Doctor Who Tavern/Pub gathering in Toronto on the first Thursday of each month at Paupers Pub, 539 Bloor Street West (near Bathurst). We meet up at the back near the dartboards. People usually start to arrive around 8:00pm.
