LOL—but what about pepper pots?

Hmmm… on second thought, Daleks aren’t a Moffat creation, so they wouldn’t count.  Excuse me while I throw my above comment through a crack in time… now, what comment, you say?  Excellent, you’ve forgotten it already!

Statues and mirrors for me.
And don’t forget the shadows!

A bet a few people shudder when they go into libraries now!

Oh, and of course we mustn’t forget duck ponds with no ducks in them!

Things Steven Moffat is afraid of…

Alien worlds with humans, humanoids, aliens and anything that isn’t familiar and safe to make unsafe.

Just wanted to mention that I found Amy’s unconscious countdown from 10 quite terrifying and well-written.  I suppose it falls into the statue-fear category; but think how scary it would be, to be told you’ve been counting down to your own death…

I honestly think gas masks are the scariest for me. Followed by clocks. Gas masks are creepy in the first place and the ticking of a clock in a dead silent house can be a frightening thing. Good work Steven Moffat… good work.

Statues…
  Must….
  Not blink…...
