When it comes to goal_setting whether you realize it or not just the act of getting up out of the bed every morning is a goal. We have to have a reason to get up or we will just lay around and never accomplish anything of any real value. Why would we if we have not planned something we really want to do? Goal_setting is doing the things we want and the things we enjoy doing. Do you like to go fishing? Would you really like to go fishing on a Monday morning when you are supposed to go to work? The only way to accomplish this last one is by figuring out away to have more control of your own destiny (life).
Reflection Time to Set Goals _ Next, you have to know why you set goals, why you are doing it, and what you are moving towards. The reason being is that if you do not, you won\'t get the most out of yourself. You have to take time to reflect so that you can set goals. It does not matter if you reflect for days; what is important is that you do it. Then, take two or three days to design plans and how you can achieve them. You have to set goals that are well beyond your current ability or skill. It does not matter if you have yet no idea on how to make them happen. You simply have to operate from a principle that is talked about all over the world, regardless of what you believe. It is a common law which is the power of absolute belief and faith. If you can get inspired enough and find a goal that is exciting enough, you can figure out a way to make it happen. Even if right now it seems impossible, you can pull it off.
